Reports have come forward from sources inside the Health and Safety Executive of a plan that’s been put into action to resolve the nations increasing vermin problem.

Health experts are warning of an epidemic of illness among the young, including potentially fatal illnesses such as Weils Disease, as the craze of Rat Licking (also known as Ratscatting) begins to catch on.

Rat Licking involves licking the anus of a rat, either wild or domestic, in order to get a high from chemicals produced by its scent glands.
